Chef : 
Ability to take charge of kitchen meal planning and prep, ordering food and supplies, cleaning.  Meals are buffet style and cookouts.  Baking skills a plus.  Cleanliness in person and kitchen required.  Food Service certificate. Drinkers need not apply. Contract end bonus.

Position Filled Kitchen assistant; Work for and with chef, prep work, staff meals, cleaning and dish washing.  Will train.
Contract end bonus.

Housekeeper: Responsible for laundry, cleaning and upkeep of 19 newly remodeled cabins. Multi-tasking a must. No visible tattoos or facial piercings. Contract end bonus

Waitstaff: Set tables and buffet for guests. Break down buffet and clean dining room. Clean lodge. Set up and serve at cookouts and clean cookout area. Dish washing. Participate in evening guest activities. Ranch will provide uniform shirt.  Will wear western jeans, no holes or mid-drift showing. No visible tattoos or facial piercings. Knowledge of wine and bartending a plus.  Contract end bonus.

Megan Yates, I worked at Crossed Sabres as waitstaff during the summer. It was beautiful and was a great experience for me.

Wrangler: Five  (5) positions available. Customer Service & Safety #1.  Knowledge of horses, saddling, feeding.  Will be required to do guest riding orientation, lead trail rides in the mountains for various ages and riding ability.  Able to lift 75#, repair fence. Must wear western shirts (no tank tops) western jeans (no holes or mid-drift showing), western hat and boots. No visible tattoos or facial piercings.  1st Aid & CPR Certification required. There is a proficeney test upon arrival at ranch.  Must be 21 to drive company vehicles. Ability to pull large horsetrailer a plus. Contract end bonus

Front Desk/Reservations: Computerized reservation system. Telephone, guest scheduling, Check guests in and out. Customer service, multi-tasking, some evenings and week-ends. No visible tattoos or facial piercings. Uniform shirt provided, jeans ok, no holes. Contract-end bonus.

Floater: Cover shifts for housekeeping, waitstaff, childrens councelor and kitchen.  No visible tattoos or facial piercings.Contract end bonus.

POSITION FILLED: Fly Fishing Guide & Instructor/maintenance: Experience a plus.  Give fly fishing instruction to guests, possibly have fly tying clinic. Take guests fly fishing and children spin casting on the Shoshone River (all ages). Must be willing to assist in other departments- maintenance-grounds keeper
